Hi, my name is Terry, and I have been a PT for the last 15 years. I have worked as a Registered Nutritionist for the last 4 years and am a former Remedial Massage Therapist.
I am a Personal trainer , and run my nutrition business as a stand alone consulting practice and integrated with my online coaching business.
I specialise in weight loss for busy people who are tired of yo-yo dieting, haven't had success with other programs and don’t know what else to do.
I want you to be able to lose fat, train less and enjoy life more by staying social with friends eating the food you love all while getting fantastic results.

Also, I have over 20000 hours of training and coaching experience. I grew up with poor dietary habits and whilst never over weight I know what it’s like to feel frustrated and confused with food.

More often than not my clients are between 35 and 60 and come with a whole host of different injuries that have to be managed and rehabilitated.

There are many ways to get to your goal and I find the way that works best for each of my clients. In simple terms if you can to stick to the plan long term you should get great fat loss results.
